But I am going to Costco to buy a fancy cheesecake in case my cake doesn't turn out. Things keep going wrong and I'm on take 3 for the frosting. What happened to take 2, you ask? Well, I asked Leif to get butter from the freezer and he did. I didn't, however, specify UNsalted butter, and I didn't check when he brought it to me. Yes, I have salty frosting.
