I have to admit... I don't usually use products that coordinate. I sort of do my own thing with what I have on hand, but there's a lot of mixing and matching. Even with my Sweet Pea Scraps kits. I pull one paper from this line, another paper from that line... Of course they go together because Julie and Kristin do such a great job putting the kits together, but I just don't fee like I need to be limited by the "name" of the company, line, whatever. You know? And I store my paper (yes, all of it, except for my SPS kits, which I keep together in their little baggies since it's easier) by color, not manufacturer. I mix my Hambly with my DCWV and my Creative Imaginations and my cardstock. Maybe it's not the easiest way to do it, but it works for me and then I can see different combinations that I maybe wouldn't have before. BUT the Cherry Arte that came in the SPS kit a few months ago was different. There were coordinating papers and rub ons and... I used them together! And I love how they came out. When I first saw the diamond rub ons I thought, "Hmmm... don't have a clue what to do with those..." but they're SO FUN! Here's what I ended up doing with the Cherry Arte papers and rub ons...
I did it a while ago, and I don't know why I didn't post it way back then, but I didn't so I'm sharing it now!! It at least gives you something to look at while you wait for me to post something new!
(And speaking of new... I am actually working on a layout right now for a challenge on another blog - I'm loving it and I can't wait to finish it so I can show you. And I'm stretching myself... It's a HYBRID layout! and no, I don't mean a layout about my Prius, though I do need to do one of those one of these days...)

Hey there... I found your blog via SparkPeople/S2L forum... turns out we both belong to that team, as well as having the same template for Blogger, AND both have Etsy stores... seems like we should be friends?! LOL!? Just wanted to say Hey!
